Introduction Established in 1987, Inter-Register Communications (M) Sdn Bhd (IRC) is a totally Malaysian company with core activities in the sale and distribution of Electronic Cash Register and Point-of-Sale solutions for the Retail and Food & Beverage industries. IRC's purpose is to assist independent business owners to prosper through superior solutions and reliable support. Expansion Since its setup, IRC has steadily grown under the stewardship of its founding management team. Today, IRC has under its wing a network of business partners nationwide including Sabah & Sarawak, who are the certified providers of the proven Casio ECR and Cougar POS Systems. To further strengthen its services, IRC employs a Technical Support group to train and assist local service providers, and a Quality Control Department to oversee Support Certification and product quality control. IRC also has a well equipped computer training room to accommodate 32 trainees at one time. In order to produce market relevant solutions, IRC remains accessible to customers for direction and suggestions. This will ensure that IRC's expansion moves in tandem with real market needs.
