Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin skills are a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude, effective communication, and adaptable problem-solving.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Business-minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Availability to work 6 days a week, up to 45 hours.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and supervise retail staff for optimal performance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and staff management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for visual merchandising and campaigns.
• Set and monitor monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Actively participate in training sessions and support cross-departmental tasks.
• Uphold boutique cleanliness and lead retail staff meetings.
• Support in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
• Manage various point-of-sale (POS) systems and coordinate product replenishment.
• Oversee online pick-up orders, manage discount codes, and contribute to customer feedback enhancements.
• Provide updates to the B2B team and supervise event participation.
