ASR was incorporated in 1980 and its maiden project is Taman Matang Jaya, which evolved into premier housing township of more than 3,000 households and also the most thriving commercial centre (SYNERGY SQUARE) in the PETRA JAYA district, the northern part of KUCHING CITY, Sarawak. These two successful projects have become the yardstick for property investment analysis in this area. Thus ASR becomes one of the household brand names for reliability in Kuching, Sarawak. Besides Matang Jaya & Synergy Square, ASR also develops other housing projects namely Taman Gita Jaya, Taman Sri Matang, ASR Kong Ping Height and ASR Muara Tuang Park in BANDARAYA KUCHING. With its proven track record, ASR ventures to SABAH in 2005 to develop its first commercial project.
